The Planner Bee Hive
Our team is at the heart of what we do, and it’s important to us that everyone has a healthy work-life balance. As part of this, our team all work remotely, and we offer flexible working so that you can fit work around your life – whether that means pausing work to do the school run or finishing early on a Friday. In return, we look for proactive people who thrive working independently in a remote setup.
To balance the flexibility of remote work with the camaraderie that comes with meeting people in real life, we meet in person once a month in Aberdeen city centre for a coworking day and also have regular team socials. Although our work is mainly remote, our regular in-person meet-ups mean that it is ideal for team members to be based locally (or willing to travel).
Please note that Planner Bee VA Services team members are employed by the business, and we are not currently looking to work with freelancers.
