Yes, absolutely. We work entirely virtually, so wherever you’re based isn’t a barrier. We support purpose-led businesses right across the UK (and beyond). However, if you are in Aberdeen city/shire and you’d rather meet in-person for a cuppa, we would be delighted to meet with you at a co-working space or local café of your choice.

We work with SMEs at every stage, from solopreneurs to established businesses with 100+ employees. We’ve supported over 100 businesses across a range of sectors, including B2B and B2C, as well as both product and service-based businesses. From sustainable fashion brands to professional services, we have experience working with a wide range of SMEs.

It starts with a free discovery call, which you can book straight from here. From there, we get to know your business and build a plan for what to delegate first. How quickly we can start depends on our current capacity and the scale of your project, but we will do our best to accommodate your timelines.

After the discovery call, we will send a bespoke proposal outlining how we can help your business, just to make sure we are all on the same page. Once agreed on terms, we will send a contract and then get our first meeting booked in to get the ball rolling.

Whichever method suits you best. We can communicate purely via email if that’s how you like to work, or we can communicate on your preferred platform, whether that’s Slack, WhatsApp, or your favourite project management tool.

Yes, completely. Nothing gets finalised without your approval, unless you ask us to make decisions on your behalf first. We know it’s hard to hand over tasks you’ve put your heart into, so we’ll build a plan you feel confident about.

It can do all of this, but it’s truly up to you. Outsourcing gives you time back to focus on strategy instead of just keeping things running, eases the pressure of juggling everything solo, and hands tasks outside your zone of genius to specialised professionals who can execute them seamlessly. However, ultimately, the scale of our support depends on how much you are willing to delegate. We never back down from a challenge, but we won’t overstep the mark either.
